- Visited the Guggenheim Museum
- Fernande with a Black Mantilla by Picasso was a favourite
- Ate supper at Heartland Brewery
- Maui Fish Tacos – Not very filling
- Indiana Pale Ale – Fine but not spectacular
- Shopped at the Strand Bookstore
- Slept at the Bowery House
- Very tiny room (6' x 8') and very hot
- Shared bathroom on the above floor
- Friendly staff

- Ate breakfast at the Bowery Dinner
- Very high end diner with an impressive whiskey collection
- Corn Beef Hash – $15 but very filling
- Visited the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum
- Arrived at 10 a.m. and left after 4:30 p.m.
- Took World War II Tour and Concorde special tours
- Ate at au bon pain on board ship: well-priced lunch of Tuscan Grilled Cheese and Brownie
- Ate supper at Dalton's Bar
- Drank lots of beer with some MPs
- Mac and Cheese was very nice
