CHICAGO

Two places I want to see on my next trip to Chicago are the Field Museum and the Shedd Aquarium. You need five hours for the museum and two for the aquarium, so there goes your day.

U-505 Submarine

My friend recommended these places:

Hopleaf
 &bull 5148 N. Clark St. at Foster
 &bull 773-334-9851
&bull "It's far, but they have the best Belgian food
and like 200 different beers. Really laidback crowd."

Fadó Irish Pub
 &bull 100 West Grand Avenue
 &bull 312-836-0066
&bull "If you want to stay downtown for your drinking, it has a good crowd."

Rock Bottom Brewery
&bull One West Grand Avenue at State Street
 &bull 312-755-9339
&bull "It's a chain. The beer is OK, but if it's warm out, they have the best beer garden on their rooftop and it's a lot of fun."

Fogo de Chao
 &bull 661 N. LaSalle Street at Erie
 &bull 312-932-9330
&bull "An all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse. It is awesome. Make sure you don't eat for like two days in anticipation."

Goose Island Brewery
 &bull 3535 North Clark Street
 &bull 773-832-9040
&bull "About a halfblock south of the ballpark, they brew some
awesome beer and have good food."

Things to do:
 &bull Walk along Michigan Avenue
&bull Take the architecture boat cruise (cool and a great way to see the city)
&bull See Buckingham Fountain (on the lakefront, not too far from the Field Museum)
 &bull Go to the museums

Binny's Beverage Depot

Art Institute of Chicago
&bull A Sunday on La Grande Jatte by Georges Seurat
